You can save the URL Template along with all Varying Numbers settings for later use. Just press Ctrl + S on your keyboard or use menu command Project -> Save of the main program window.
If you wish to save your project under the different name - press Ctrl + Shift + S on your keyboard or use menu command Project -> Save as....
